    Intro call

    30 minutes. We figure out together whether it fits, as people and on the work.

    A small real task or a day with the team. You see us, we see you.

What you're probably wondering

Where is the job based?

Our office is in Msida, Malta, and most roles are on-site there. English is our working language, so you don't need Maltese. If relocating is on the table for you, we help with the practical side of getting set up.

Do I need a specific degree or background?

No. Degree, bootcamp, self-taught or career switcher. We look at what you can actually do, how fast you learn, and whether you build things that work.

What does 'AI-native' actually mean here?

We use Claude Code, MCP servers and agent workflows day to day, from research to deployment. You don't need to be an AI expert, but you should be the type who figures new tools out within a week.

What's the stack?

Claude Code, n8n, MCP servers, Next.js, Payload, Cloudflare and Vercel. You get a MacBook Pro and a Claude Max or ChatGPT Pro subscription.

Can I apply speculatively?
