About BRIXON AI
BRIXON AI grew out of Brixon Group because we needed the same AI systems in our own work first: research, content, lead operations, campaigns, and management routines. Today we build, host, and coach that way of working for teams that need more than tool licenses and demo prototypes.

No platform, no resale. Brixon AI connects engineering, operations, and enablement so AI roles become useful inside real teams.

The origin
Christoph Sauerborn founded Brixon after working in engineering, Industry 4.0 projects, and his own software startup. The Group site tells that origin as a growth and RevOps story. BRIXON AI is the continuation of that story: fewer campaigns, more operating system for repeatable work.
The trigger was practical. Inside Brixon Group, research, positioning, content production, lead qualification, and client work had to become faster and more consistent without giving up quality. So we built the AI systems for ourselves first and stress-tested them in daily work.
What came out of that is not sold as software. We help teams find the right workflows, build them as AI roles or use them as a hosted library, and train the people who will operate them later.
Mission
Most companies know AI matters. The gap sits between scattered tools and a system that reliably takes work off the team. That is where BRIXON AI works: we turn prompts, data sources, and workflows into a clear operating routine.
That is why our work is split into three offers. Readiness clarifies what should be built. The Library brings hosted standard workflows into use quickly. Cohorts train leaders and operators so AI is not just introduced, but operated.
Stack, governance, workflows, and roadmap before budget flows into the wrong AI initiative.
Hosted standard workflows with onboarding, transparent API pass-through, and ongoing maintenance.
Founder-led programs where leaders and operators build AI capability through real working routines.
What we believe
A new model solves nothing when the workflow is unclear. We start with task, roles, data path, and decision gate.
A prototype is easy. A system your team uses every week needs a runbook, training, ownership, and maintenance.
Our AI systems come from Brixon Group's own work. If it does not hold up in daily operations, it is not sold as a client solution.
Brixon Group
Brixon Group remains the context: B2B companies, marketing and sales systems, RevOps thinking, clear accountability. BRIXON AI turns that experience into AI roles, hosted workflows, and training paths that teams can operate themselves.
The Group perspective keeps AI attached to real marketing, sales, and operations problems rather than abstract program language.
The engineering perspective makes sure workflows are not just described, but built, documented, and handed over cleanly.
The enablement perspective makes sure people know what the system does after go-live, when to intervene, and how to give feedback.
Next step
One session, one written document, one clear recommendation. After that, you know whether Readiness, Library, Cohort, or no BRIXON AI engagement is the right next step.
