The origin

We built it for ourselves first.

Brixon AI grew out of Brixon Group's own AI practice. We ran our agency on AI agents - content, lead triage, internal automation - long before we offered them to anyone else.

Clients saw it working and asked us to build the same thing for them. The more we did, the clearer it got that this was its own discipline. So we gave it its own brand: Brixon AI.

Today we run our own company on AI employees. We build for clients only what already holds up in our own daily operations.

Service firms hit a ceiling on capacity, not ambition. The work is there; the people to do it are not. AI employees take repeatable work off the team so you can take on more without hiring for every new task.

We work in three steps. A Diagnosis maps the roles worth automating. Managed Agents go live inside your tools and run under governance. AI Operator Training puts your own people in control of the agents day to day.

We map your workflows and name the roles worth giving to an AI employee. Fixed scope, €990.

Managed Agents

Hosted AI employees right where the work already happens. Onboarding, governance, and maintenance included. €250 per agent per month.

AI Operator Training

We train your people to run, supervise, and extend the agents themselves. €4,800.

Why a separate brand

Brixon AI is its own discipline, not a side project.

We could have kept this inside the agency. We didn't, because building and running AI employees turned out to be its own craft - closer to engineering than to marketing. It needed its own focus, its own brand, and its own standard.

We run our own company on AI employees, so every agent we ship has already earned its place in real operations.

The engineering perspective means workflows are not just described - they are built, documented, and governed.

The enablement perspective means your people know what each agent does, when to step in, and how to extend it.
