Sales Manager
You call people who already know us and take them to signature. The first sales role this company has ever had.
You know how both of them feel. A list of numbers where nobody has ever heard of your employer. And a CRM full of contacts that marketing calls warm and nobody has phoned in weeks. This job sits between the two, and we will tell you exactly where.
Your conversations come out of our webinars, our lead magnets, our conferences and enquiries from the website. These people are lukewarm: they know us, they have listened to us, and they still have not put a meeting in their calendar. You phone them. What is not on your list is calling somebody who has never heard of us.
What you sell is the shared AI system we install at agencies and marketing teams, and the implementation projects that follow. The people you talk to already work with AI. What they do not have is a shared state: everyone starts from their own prompts, files and access, and nobody keeps it current.
This is the first sales role at BRIXON AI. Christoph has done the selling himself until now, so there is no playbook, no objection library and no sales organisation. If you need a finished system in order to be good, this is the wrong job.
What you'll do
- Run the first conversations: you phone what comes out of webinars, conferences and forms, and work out on the call whether it fits.
- Follow up while it is fresh: after a webinar or a conference, the day after is what counts, not the week after.
- Build the offer and close it: with the team you cut what gets installed and what deliberately stays out, get the signature and hand over cleanly to delivery.
- Run the pipeline: every conversation, every objection and every reason for a no lives in Attio. You are the first person here who produces that data.
- Write the playbook as you go, so the next person is not starting from nothing after your first year.
What you bring
- You have sold B2B services that need explaining, to managing directors and team leads, and you brought the deals home yourself.
- You pick up the phone. Someone who sat in yesterday's webinar is a call to you, not an email sequence.
- German at negotiation level. The sales conversations run in German, and that is the exception here: every other role runs in English.
- You understand enough about AI to hold a conversation with an agency owner who uses Claude or ChatGPT every day. You do not have to build anything.
- You can work without a template, and you do not sell what we do not deliver.
- Whether you learned this in agency sales, software or consulting does not matter to us. Show us which deals were yours.
What we offer
- The first three months without a revenue expectation. That time is for learning what we sell, not for rescuing a number.
- Christoph has been the sales team so far. You get his calls, his offers and his objections as a starting point.
- MacBook Pro and Claude Max or ChatGPT Pro — your call.
- Msida in Malta is our first choice: an office, a small team, the Mediterranean on your doorstep. Remote from the DACH region is genuinely negotiable for the right person.
- As an Anthropic Partner we are early to what is becoming possible. What you sell is built in-house by the team.
