You build AI systems that whole teams use every day, and install them at our clients. Anthropic Partner, office in Malta.
AI is your tool, not your hobby. You have Claude Code in your terminal, you know what an MCP server does, and your work lives in Git. What you build gets used by other people, including when you are not sitting next to it.
That is what you do here, on a bigger scale. We install shared AI systems at agencies and marketing teams: one foundation everybody works from, instead of twelve people with twelve setups of their own. Plus the automations that run in marketing and sales afterwards — at clients and at our own desks.
An installation is yours from start to finish — understand how the team works, build it, test it, hand it over. As an Anthropic Partner we are early to what is becoming possible, and trying things out is part of the job here rather than an evening project.
What you'll do
- Installations at the client: you see one through from the first inventory to the handover and leave behind a system that runs without you.
- Build and maintain Skills: every Skill has a clear job and somebody who keeps it current. All of it lives in repositories and gets reviewed like code.
- MCP connections: you connect the AI environments to the systems where the work actually happens.
- Build automations — for clients, for our own processes and for Brixon Group, our sister agency in marketing: n8n, APIs, Attio, Brevo. From the lead coming in to the content going out.
- Your own tools: when something is missing, you build it. Vibe coding is part of the week here, and what proves itself moves into our stack.
- Make it hold: update test, access test, audit. Something that only works most of the time is not finished.
What you bring
- You work with AI every day — Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or something comparable — and you have built something with it that other people use.
- You get along with Git and GitHub, or you pick them up quickly. Everything we build lives in repositories.
- You know what an MCP server does and what separates a maintained Skill from a prompt.
- You think in systems rather than one-offs, and you notice when one breaks.
- Automation: n8n, Make or comparable. APIs and webhooks do not put you off.
- You like talking to clients, working inside their accounts and asking the questions nobody else asks.
- Fluent English, German is a plus.
- Degree, apprenticeship or self-taught — we do not mind. Show us what you have built.
