AI Delivery System
Your team already uses AI. Your agency still needs a system.
The AI Delivery System is the shared AI foundation for marketing and sales teams: brand context, access, Skills and ownership. Software only, in your own accounts, installed in 30 days.
What it really comes down to.
The same brief produces three different results. The best setup lives on one laptop. Nobody owns updates and access. No prompt fixes that.
More seats?
More seats do not create a shared way of working. Everyone still starts from their own files, prompts and connections.
A prompt library?
Copies go private and stale within weeks. Nobody knows which version is current, and nobody is responsible for it.
One shared foundation.
One approved state that approved people and approved AI environments all work from, with somebody who keeps it current.
A shared foundation for Skills and managed connections.
Everyone works from the same facts, rules and approved tools. A Skill is a reusable working instruction. An MCP is a managed connection to a tool or data source, with a defined reach.
Every Skill and every connection has a job and a person who keeps it current. That is exactly what the AI Delivery System installs.
Three layers, one system.
Three connected layers for one scoped account. The structure is always the same; your material, your environments and your people make the difference.
BrandOS Architecture
The approved brand context and the rules that decide which version is current. This is what every person and every AI environment starts from.
Shared AI Infrastructure
The AI environments your team works in, who can reach what, and how a change is distributed and verified so it arrives everywhere.
System Integrity Framework
Which Skills and connections exist, what each may reach, who keeps it current and how a change is made without breaking the rest.
The 30 days.
Four stages. Each leaves something you keep.
Discover and scope
System Map, account boundary, internal owner, access matrix and risks, all written down.
Structure
BrandOS, source of truth, environments and governance are decided before anything is installed.
Install
BrandOS basis, automatic loading into your environments, first Skills, MCP registry and access. Plus one workflow of your choice and the GitHub basics for your team.
Test and hand over
Audit, update test, access test and runbook. Handover to your owner, open gaps written down.
Install the shared system across the agency in 30 days: implemented for you, not by you.
The 30 days cover the infrastructure. Individual use cases and automations are a separately scoped follow-on, and the clock start is agreed in the offer.
How you know it is finished.
Done means: the account works from one approved foundation that every intended person and environment sees in the same current version. Every installed Skill has a job and someone who maintains it, and every connection reaches exactly what it is supposed to reach.
Updates can be distributed and tested, your owner runs the system from the runbook, and whatever was deliberately excluded is written down.
What we show, and what we do not promise.
What we show
- The System Map of a real installation.
- The access matrix: who reaches which material.
- The Skill register with the person behind every Skill.
- A passed update test, a passed access test, the runbook.
Behind it stands Christoph Sauerborn’s background: RWTH Aachen and Bosch Industry 4.0. We quote client outcomes only with approved wording.
What is not part of it
- Unlimited Skills or further finished brands beyond the one BrandOS basis.
- A fully done overall implementation of your delivery, or team training beyond the GitHub introduction.
- Custom agents, workflow automation and custom MCP servers. They follow the foundation as a separately scoped step.
- Promised time savings, error-free output, revenue or headcount effects. The system is approval-gated, nothing runs on its own.
- Model hosting. You keep your own AI subscriptions and API accounts.
Automation does not improve weak inputs, it only distributes them faster. That is why the foundation comes before the first workflow.
A system nobody is responsible for maintaining is out of date from day one. That is why every installation comes with a named owner and a runbook.
Questions before the intro call
The short answers. The long ones are what the intro call is for.
Is the AI Delivery System for in-house marketing departments too?
Yes. The same problem without the word client: several brands, product lines or markets, several people, one set of brand material.
Do we need AI Consulting first?
Only if it is still open where your team stands and what comes first. Otherwise the installation starts right after the intro call.
What is not included?
Unlimited Skills, additional finished brands, delivery of individual use cases, training beyond the introduction, your model subscriptions. Custom Agents are the follow-on step.
Do we need our own AI subscriptions?
Yes. We install in your accounts. Which ones is settled during scoping.
How long does it take?
30 days for one scoped account, four stages. The start date is set in the offer.
Is it software?
Yes, software-only infrastructure plus delivered work with scope, owner and acceptance test. Not a licence, not a bundle of finished automations.
What do you need to bring?
A named owner, access to your accounts and the brand material that is current today.
How does it start?
With the free intro call. A written offer follows if it fits.
Intro call: 30 minutes
on one concrete workflow.
Bring one concrete workflow. We tell you where it stalls, what a shared system would change about it, and whether we are the right people for it. If not, we say that too.
