Plenty of people talk about AI. You have already built something with it: maybe an n8n workflow that saves several hours a week, an automation between two systems that never spoke to each other, or a website with Cursor or Claude Code.

You build systems that make work faster, better and more reliable — internally and for our B2B clients. This is not a pure developer role. You do not need ten years of coding behind you. You do need to understand how digital systems fit together, and be able to connect them.
What you'll do
- AI-assisted development: with Cursor, Windsurf or Claude Code you build websites, landing pages and prototypes. We work with Next.js and Payload CMS. You will not write every line yourself, but you understand the code and make sure the result works and hits its goal.
- Automations: you build n8n workflows, API integrations and CRM connections. A lead arrives through a form, gets qualified, lands in the CRM and triggers an email — you build the flow behind that.
- AI agents and operations: you help build our agent team. These agents research, process data or produce content. You configure MCP servers, set up workflows and learn how AI infrastructure is run in production.
- To be straight with you: in this internship you are not watching other people work. You build systems that have to run reliably. That is demanding at times. In return, after four to twelve months you have a strong portfolio and a deep understanding of AI workflows in production.
What you bring
- AI interests you as more than a trend. You have seen what it can actually do in practice.
- You have built something with AI tools rather than just typing the odd prompt. At minimum, ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor is part of your working day.
- You have experience with automation — in n8n, Make or Zapier, for example — and understand the logic behind it.
- You have solid technical understanding. A computer science degree is not required, but APIs, webhooks and data flows should be familiar. Coding experience helps but is not a condition.
- You follow what is happening in AI out of your own interest.
- You can come to Malta for four to twelve months.
- You speak fluent English. German is a strong advantage.
- What you do not need: a particular degree, three years of experience or a polished LinkedIn profile. What counts is that you build things and learn fast.
