Your background doesn't matter. CS degree, bootcamp, self-taught, career switcher – we don't care. What matters: you can work with Claude Code. You know what MCP servers are, what skills are, why a CLI beats an API. You get what AI agents can do – and you want to build real things with them.

Design and build AI processes
This is the core of the job. You figure out how a process can work differently with AI and agents. How do you automate client research? How do you build a content workflow that runs without manual steps? How do you make sure the output is good enough for clients?
You design these processes, build them, and stabilise them. Error handling, logging, quality checks. An agent that delivers decent results 80% of the time isn't enough. You turn it into a system that works reliably – internally and for clients.
Vibe coding & web development
You build websites and landing pages for B2B clients with Claude Code. Next.js, Payload CMS, deployed on Vercel – that's our stack. You don't write every line, but you understand the code, review it, and make sure the result converts.
Automation
n8n workflows, CRM integrations, lead scoring, API connections. A lead comes in, gets qualified, lands in the CRM, triggers an email – automatically. You build the systems that turn marketing into pipeline.
Client projects
For B2B clients in tech, professional services, and industry, you build the same systems that work internally. Websites, automations, AI workflows.
What you bring
- AI is your thing. You use Claude Code, ChatGPT, or other AI tools daily – not for fun, but because you work faster and better with them.
- You know what MCP servers are, what skills are, what the difference between CLI and API is. If some of that is new to you, fine – but you should be the type who figures it out within a week.
- You think in processes. Not: "How do I solve this one problem?" But: "How do I build a system that always solves this type of problem?"
- You have an eye for quality. When an agent produces garbage, you notice. And you fix it – not by hand, but in the system.
- Automation experience: n8n, Make, or comparable.
- Technical fundamentals: APIs, webhooks, data flows. No CS degree needed, but you need to be comfortable in technical contexts. Coding is a plus, not a requirement.
- You keep up. What's state of the art today might be outdated next month. You know that and it doesn't bother you – it drives you.
- Fluent in English. German is a strong plus.
Degree, bootcamp, self-taught – doesn't matter. What matters: you can do the work, you keep learning, and you build things that actually work.
