The Circle is deliberately small. A maximum of eight decision makers build their own AI working practice across four half-days over three months — with real board memos, real strategy docs, real governance questions from their own company.
We do not work on examples. We work on the quarterly plan, the board memo, the internal AI policy. You leave every half-day with an artifact that works inside the company.

Format 02 — AI Operator
Daily work, solved with AI — at the highest level.
Four half-days over 90 days for anyone who no longer wants to do their daily work without AI. Employed or self-employed, in a team or alone.
The Operator track is the operational side of Cohort. Participants already know tools — what is missing is the routine that turns "I could do that" into "I do that every week".
We work with real tasks from each role: the weekly reporting, the next campaign, your own sales funnel, the client project. People who come from a team take the level back into the team. Solopreneurs lift their own productivity.
