Do we have to do AI Readiness first?
No. Custom AI Employees is bookable on its own. We recommend a diagnosis because it points the build at the role with the highest payoff, but if you already know the role and the systems, we can start the build directly.
Whose infrastructure does it run on?
Yours. The employee is deployed in your environment, on your keys and your data. What we host, we maintain; what you host, you maintain. No lock-in.
How is it different from a managed AI employee?
