Client Reporting Agent

Campaign exports in, a client-ready weekly report out — drafted for your account manager to review and send.

Client Reporting Agent1 client report per run

Example request

Build this week's report for client Helios: pull Meta, Google and LinkedIn ads plus GA4, compare against the Q2 targets, flag what changed, and draft the account-manager summary in our usual format.

Outcomes

  • A client-ready weekly report per run — metrics, target comparison and a written summary — instead of the Monday reporting scramble.
  • Outliers and target misses flagged up front, so your AM spends time on the story, not on hunting for numbers.
  • The same report structure across every client and every week, in your agency's format.

Use case

Account managers and reporting leads at agencies who rebuild the same client report every week.

Workflow

  1. 01

    Pull the data

The agent reads your Meta, Google and LinkedIn ad exports plus GA4 or Looker for the period — no manual copy-paste across tabs.

  2. 02

    Draft the report

It compares results against targets, flags outliers, and writes the account-manager narrative in your usual template.

  3. 03

    AM reviews & sends

Your account manager checks the numbers and the claims, adjusts the narrative, and sends. Nothing goes to the client without that review.

FAQ

Which data sources can it read?

Exports from Meta, Google and LinkedIn ads plus GA4 or Looker Studio are the defaults. You hand it the exports or connect the sources you already use; it doesn't need a new platform.

Does it send the report to our client?

No. It produces a draft for your account manager. A person reviews the numbers and the narrative and sends it. The agent has no access to your client communication.

How does it match our report format and tone?

You give it your report template and a couple of past reports once. It writes each weekly draft to that structure and tone, and you can adjust per client before each run.
