Brixon AI

AI Consulting

For teams that want to introduce and run AI with professional guidance.

AI Consulting is Brixon AI’s advisory work for marketing and sales teams: a compact assessment with a roadmap, or ongoing advice for your internal owner. The result is yours, in writing.

More tools do not answer the question of what comes first.

Most teams have had AI in their daily work for a while. What is missing is an honest assessment: what works, what only looks like it does, and what a shared system needs before the next workflow gets built.

  1. Another licence?

One more licence only postpones the question. Who uses which tool for what stays unsettled.

  2. A workshop for everyone?

An afternoon of enthusiasm does not change how people work. On Monday everyone is back on their own setup.

  3. An assessment.

First the current state, then the order, then the ownership. After that you know what you build and what you leave.

Two formats, one plan.

Which format fits is settled in the intro call. Both end with documents that belong to you.

01

Assessment and roadmap

For teams that already use AI and want to know what comes next.

Two to three working sessions over roughly two weeks, remote or on site.

What you get

  • A System Map of today's state: what is connected to what.
  • A roadmap: the first three steps in order, with effort and prerequisites.
  • A recommendation on ownership, access and approvals your team implements without us.
What happens
  • Conversations with the people using AI today: what they use, what stalls.
  • Review of tools, access, brand material: what is current, who maintains it.
  • What a shared system needs in your case, and what comes first.

Afterwards you know whether the AI Delivery System is the next step, a single workflow, or none of it for now.

02

Ongoing advice

For teams with an internal owner who does not want to make the decisions alone.

Monthly rhythm; scope and duration are set in the written offer.

What you get

  • A decision log per session, so nothing stays only in the conversation.
  • An updated System Map and roadmap every quarter.
  • Sparring for your internal owner, without us taking over the system.
What happens
  • One fixed session a month: decisions on tools, access, approvals, Skills.
  • A review of what the team built or changed since last session.
  • Concrete questions between sessions, answered by the person who knows your system.

Fits teams after the installation, or teams that built their system themselves and want to keep it clean.

What AI Consulting is not.

  • Not tool sales and not licences: we earn nothing on the tools we recommend.
  • Not delivery inside the consulting itself: installation happens in the AI Delivery System, building in the custom workflows.
  • No promises of saved hours or more revenue: we show mechanisms, not forecasts.
  • Not a replacement for your owner: the decision stays with you, we prepare it.

Questions before the intro call

The short answers. The intro call is for everything else.

Do we need AI Consulting before we install the AI Delivery System?

Not necessarily. If the intro call makes clear that several people work from the same brand material and an owner is named, the installation can start right away. The assessment is for teams where exactly that is still open.

How does the assessment differ from the free intro call?

The intro call takes 30 minutes and ends with a recommendation. The assessment takes about two weeks, talks to your team and ends with a System Map, a roadmap and a governance recommendation, in writing.

Is AI Consulting for in-house marketing departments too?

Yes. The questions are the same as in an agency, just without the word client: several brands, product lines or markets, several people, one set of brand material.

What do we need to prepare?

Little. We need access to two to four people who work with AI today, and a look at the tools and brand material in use. Everything else we collect in the sessions.

Does an offer for the installation follow automatically?

No. The roadmap is yours. Whether you implement it with us, alone or not at all is your decision. You receive an offer only if you ask for one or if it was agreed in the intro call.

Who advises?

Christoph Sauerborn, founder of Brixon AI, with the team that installs the AI Delivery System. Background: mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen, Industry 4.0 at Bosch, and since then building AI systems inside our own agency.

Intro call: 30 minutes
on one concrete workflow.

Bring one concrete workflow. We tell you where it stalls, what a shared system would change about it, and whether we are the right people for it. If not, we say that too.
