Example 01 / CRM upkeep

After every meeting, your CRM is up to date.

Summary, notes and tasks land where they belong, on their own.

01

The moment

4:40 pm, the call just ended, the next meeting is already waiting. The notes? Tonight, you tell yourself. Three days later the CRM says: nothing.

02

The handover

3D illustration: the loose conversation lines from the meeting become ordered fields in the checked CRM record
  1. 01

The agent reads the transcript from your meeting tool.

  2. 02

It writes the summary, notes and tasks into your CRM.

  3. 03

Your team reviews the entry. That's it.

03

The result

Before you're back at your desk, the entry is in the CRM: summary, next steps, tasks with owners. Nothing depends on your memory anymore.

Highlight cases

Same foundation, different teams. This is what the task looks like day to day:

Sales team

No conversation left undocumented.

Five people in sales, meetings every day. What ends up in the CRM depends on evening discipline.

The agent logs every conversation and creates the follow-up tasks along with it.

The daily data upkeep disappears, and no follow-up slips through.

Consulting and firms

Every client conversation cleanly documented.

If you advise, you document. After the third meeting of the day, that becomes evening work.

The agent turns every conversation into a clean file note in your structure.

The documentation is done before the next meeting starts.

At Brixon

Runs like this at Brixon

This is how we work ourselves.

Our own calls run exactly like this: every conversation lands in our CRM with summary, next steps and tasks.

For months now, every day, without anyone typing up notes.

We sell the use case we run ourselves.

What every one of these workflows needs.

01

A shared foundation

The same approved brand context and the same connections for everyone. That is what the AI Delivery System sets up.

02

Clear ownership

Every Skill and every connection has a job and a person who keeps it current.

03

Human approval

Nothing goes out without your team's okay.

04

Visible limits

What the workflow may reach and what it may not is settled before it runs.

Common questions

Which tools does this work with?

With common CRMs like HubSpot, Pipedrive or Attio and the meeting tools you already use. We define the exact setup during onboarding.

Where does the transcript come from?

From your meeting tool, such as Teams, Zoom or Meet. For meetings without a recording, a short voice memo afterwards is enough.

What about confidential conversations?

The agent only processes the meetings you define. Data boundaries and exceptions are agreed during onboarding, GDPR-compliant.

Can I correct entries?

Yes. Every entry is recognizable as an agent entry, your team can review and adjust it. The agent learns from corrections.

Which conversations should land cleanly in your CRM first?

Each of these workflows needs the same foundation: brands, access and a named owner. That is what the AI Delivery System sets up. We build workflows on it once the foundation is in place.
