AI Consulting

AI Consulting is the advisory offer from Brixon AI for the marketing and sales teams of agencies and of in-house marketing departments. It runs in two formats: an assessment and roadmap, and ongoing advice.

AI Consulting is the advisory entry in the Agency AI Systems category. It serves the same two audiences as the AI Delivery System: agencies with shared client delivery and in-house marketing departments that work across several brands, product lines or markets. Its page is www.brixon.ai/en/ai-consulting.

AI Consulting: The two formats

Assessment and roadmap

For teams that already use AI and want to know what comes next. The work is conversations with the people who work with AI today, a review of tools, access and brand material, and an assessment of what a shared system needs and what comes first.

Deliverables
A System Map of the current state; a roadmap with the first three steps in order, with effort and prerequisites; a recommendation on ownership, access and approvals that the team can implement without Brixon AI
Format
Two to three working sessions over roughly two weeks, remote or on site
Afterwards
The team knows whether the AI Delivery System is the next step, a single workflow, or nothing for now

Ongoing advice

For teams with an internal owner who does not want to decide alone. The work is one fixed session a month on tools, access, approvals and new Skills, a review of what the team built or changed, and concrete questions between sessions.

Deliverables
A decision log per session; an updated System Map and roadmap every quarter; sparring for the internal owner
Format
A monthly rhythm. Scope and duration are set in the written offer.

AI Consulting: Frequently asked questions

What are the two AI Consulting formats?
Assessment and roadmap, and ongoing advice. The assessment is for teams that already use AI and want to know what comes next: conversations with the people who work with AI today, a review of tools, access and brand material, and an assessment of what a shared system needs and what comes first. Ongoing advice is for teams with an internal owner who does not want to decide alone: one fixed session a month on tools, access, approvals and new Skills, a review of what the team built or changed, and concrete questions between sessions.
What does the assessment deliver?
A System Map of the current state, a roadmap with the first three steps in order including effort and prerequisites, and a recommendation on ownership, access and approvals that the team can implement without Brixon AI. The format is two to three working sessions over roughly two weeks, remote or on site. Afterwards the team knows whether the AI Delivery System is the next step, a single workflow, or nothing for now.
Is AI Consulting a prerequisite for the AI Delivery System?
No. AI Consulting is the advisory entry, the AI Delivery System is the installation, and custom AI workflows and agents are the follow-on. A team can start with the installation without taking the advisory offer first.
What is not part of AI Consulting?
AI Consulting does not include tool sales or licences, and it does not include delivery or implementation itself, which is the AI Delivery System or custom workflows. It makes no promise of saved hours or revenue, and it does not replace the internal owner.
How do we start?
The way in is a free 30-minute intro call at www.brixon.ai/en/intro-call. A written offer follows only if the fit is there. Nothing about cost is published on any page.
Who advises?
Christoph Sauerborn, who trained as a mechanical engineer at RWTH Aachen University and worked in Bosch Industry 4.0, with the Brixon AI team.
