AI Delivery System: What gets installed
Three connected layers go into a scoped account. BrandOS Architecture is one approved brand and context foundation per account, scoped, with a rule that decides which version is current. Shared AI Infrastructure is a short set of shared Skills and managed MCP connections with an access matrix, loaded automatically into the approved AI environments. The System Integrity Framework is the named internal owner, the runbook, the update test, the access test and the audit at handover.
- BrandOS Architecture
- One approved brand and context foundation per account, scoped, with a rule that decides which version is current. The method itself is BrandOS, which Christoph Sauerborn owns.
- Shared AI Infrastructure
- A short set of shared Skills, managed MCP connections with an access matrix, and automatic loading into the approved AI environments
- System Integrity Framework
- A named internal owner, a runbook, an update test, an access test and an audit at handover
AI Delivery System: How the 30 days run
The work runs in four stages and delivers a System Map, an access matrix, a Skill register with owners, an update test, an access test, a runbook and the handover to the internal owner.
- 1. Discover and scope
- Produces the System Map, the account boundary, the named owner, an access matrix and the risks
- 2. Structure
- Settles the BrandOS, source-of-truth, environment and governance decisions
- 3. Install
- Puts in the approved configurations, the shared Skills, the managed MCP connections and the access setup
- 4. Test and hand over
- An audit, an update test, an access test, a runbook, the handover to the internal owner, and the gaps written down where they can be seen
AI Delivery System: When it is finished
The scoped account has an approved foundation, and the people and environments that are meant to have it all receive the same current version. Every installed Skill has a clear job and somebody who keeps it current. Every managed connection has documented limits, a known credential owner and a lifecycle. Updates can be distributed and then verified to have arrived. The internal owner can operate the system from the runbook rather than from the installer's memory. And the gaps, the deferred use cases and the excluded scope stay explicit instead of quietly dropping out of the conversation.
AI Delivery System: What it is not
- The AI Delivery System is not an automation package. Use-case implementation, agents and automations follow the installed foundation and are scoped separately as Custom AI workflows and agents.
- The AI Delivery System does not include unlimited Skills or additional finished brands. The intended result is a short approved set that somebody genuinely maintains.
- The AI Delivery System includes no training product. The introduction on GitHub and the handover are part of the installation; training beyond that is not included.
- The AI Delivery System does not include the client's own model subscriptions. Those stay with the client.
- The AI Delivery System makes no time, revenue or headcount promise, no autonomy claim, no perfect-output promise and no guaranteed savings.
- The AI Delivery System is not for one- to two-person teams without their own AI environments or a nameable owner.
What the AI Delivery System is NOT
- The AI Delivery System is not AI Consulting. AI Consulting is the advisory offer, and it is not a prerequisite for the installation.
- The AI Delivery System is not Custom AI workflows and agents. That is the follow-on service, and it is available once the AI Delivery System is installed.
- The AI Delivery System is not limited to agencies. In-house marketing departments with several brands, product lines or markets buy the same offer on the same route.

AI Delivery System: Frequently asked questions
- What does the AI Delivery System include?
- The AI Delivery System installs three connected layers in a scoped account: BrandOS Architecture, one approved brand and context foundation with a rule that decides which version is current; Shared AI Infrastructure, a short set of shared Skills and managed MCP connections with an access matrix, loaded automatically into the approved AI environments; and the System Integrity Framework, a named internal owner, a runbook, an update test, an access test and an audit at handover. The work runs in four stages over 30 days and delivers a System Map, an access matrix, a Skill register with owners, the update and access tests, the runbook and the handover to the internal owner.
- Is the AI Delivery System for in-house marketing departments?
- Yes. It is the same offer on the same route. Agencies work from shared client material; in-house marketing departments work from more than one brand, product line or market. In both cases several people or several approved AI environments work from the same brand material, which is the condition the offer is built for.
- Is the AI Delivery System software?
- Yes. The AI Delivery System is software only, installed in the client's own accounts. Brixon AI does the installation; the system runs in the client's accounts afterwards and is owned by a named internal owner.
- How do we start?
- The way in is a free 30-minute intro call at www.brixon.ai/en/intro-call. A written offer follows only if the fit is there. Nothing about cost is published on any page.
- What is not part of the AI Delivery System?
- The AI Delivery System does not include unlimited Skills, additional finished brands, full implementation of use cases, training beyond the introduction on GitHub, custom agents, automations or MCP servers, or the client's own model subscriptions. It makes no time, revenue or headcount promise and no autonomy claim.
