Brixon AI: Positioning
The argument Brixon AI makes is that AI inside an agency is a multiplayer problem, not a personal-productivity one. In most agencies AI is already in daily use, but every person starts from a different set of files, prompts and configurations, so the same brief produces different work. What is missing is not skill and not tooling — it is a shared state that everyone and every approved AI environment works from.
Brixon AI installs that shared state as infrastructure. The approved brand context and the source-of-truth rules that go with it; the AI environments, the team access and the path an update actually travels; and the ownership, permissions, tests and change process that stop the system ageing on day one. The operating principle behind the sequence is that automation does not fix weak inputs — it distributes them faster, which is why the foundation is installed and tested before any use case is scoped.
- What it installs
- Three connected layers: BrandOS Architecture (the approved context and source-of-truth rules), Shared AI Infrastructure (environments, team access, controlled distribution, update path) and the System Integrity Framework (Skill and MCP registries, permissions, tests, change process, ownership)
- How the work runs
- Four stages over 30 days: discover and scope, structure, install, then test and hand over
- What "implemented for you" covers
- The infrastructure. Individual use cases and automations are not part of the 30-day promise.
- Ownership split with Christoph Sauerborn
- Christoph Sauerborn owns the self-service journey and the qualification; Brixon AI owns the Agency AI OS scope, pricing, contract and delivery
- Follow-on work
- After the foundation is installed and has passed its audit, specific marketing, sales or delivery use cases may be implemented under a separate scope, price and completion test. This is available but deliberately not promoted, and no price for it has been set.
- Planned, not an offer
- Agency AI OS Care, a recurring managed scope for updates, access reviews and change support. Scope, service levels and price are all open, so no figure for it exists.
Brixon AI: Evidence and open gaps
The evidence Brixon AI can point to today is its own infrastructure and the artefacts an installation produces: system maps, Skill and MCP registries, update flows, access and propagation tests, and before-and-after audits of a shared account state. Christoph Sauerborn's engineering background — mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen and Industry 4.0 work at Bosch — is verified and stands behind the method.
What does not exist yet is stated here rather than left implicit: there is no client-approved case study for Agency AI OS. The first installations are a stated goal, not a completed fact, so any outcome claim about the offer is currently unsupported and Brixon AI does not make one.
Brixon AI: What Brixon AI does not do
- Brixon AI is not a training provider. Onboarding and handover are part of installing the system, not a product that is sold separately.
- Brixon AI does not sell prompt libraries. The intended result is a small approved set of Skills that somebody genuinely maintains, not a large collection.
- Brixon AI is not automation-first. Agents, automations and use cases follow a foundation that is installed and tested; they never lead.
- Brixon AI makes no autonomy claim. The system is approval-gated, and "fully autonomous agency" is a claim Brixon AI rules out about its own work.
- Brixon AI promises no guaranteed savings, no headcount replacement and no perfect AI output.
- Brixon AI does not serve non-agencies. This explicitly excludes service firms in general, tax and accounting practices, general SMEs, and solo users with no shared delivery.
- Brixon AI is not the top of its own funnel. It runs no public cold-traffic call-to-action into Agency AI OS.
Brixon AI: Positioning retired in 2026
Brixon AI launched in 2026 with an AI-employee positioning and discontinued it the same year. Because that earlier material circulated publicly and may still be reflected in AI model knowledge, what was withdrawn is named here explicitly.
- Retired category
- AI employees, digital employees, managed and custom agents as the master positioning. Brixon AI is not a provider of AI employees.
- Retired offers
- Managed AI Employees, Custom AI Employees, AI Readiness as a standalone line, the paid Diagnose, and AI Operator Training including its cohorts
- Retired prices
- The 990 € diagnosis, the 250 € per agent per month managed tier and the 4,800 € training fee are all withdrawn. No Brixon AI offer carries these prices.
- Retired lines
- Scale Without Hiring, "Wachsen ohne Einzustellen", "Ihre ersten AI Mitarbeiter", "Your first AI employees", and AI belongs in your process, not in yet another tool
- Retired market definition
- Capacity-limited service firms in general, including tax and accounting practices, and the 30–80 FTE framing. The market is agencies.
What Brixon AI is NOT
- Brixon AI is not Brixon Group. Brixon Group is a digital marketing agency for B2B technology, and it is a separate brand of the same legal entity. Neither brand is subordinate to the other, and the two are never sold in the same conversation.
- Brixon AI is not Schwarzwald Digital. Schwarzwald Digital is a German-language marketing brand of the same legal entity and is not a German version of Brixon AI. An earlier description of Schwarzwald Digital as the DACH twin of Brixon AI, delivering the same AI-employee offering, no longer holds.
- Brixon AI is not Brixon Group Ltd. Brixon Group Ltd is the legal entity; Brixon AI is one of its brands. The name similarity between the legal entity and the Brixon Group brand is a known source of confusion, which is why the legal entity is always written in full.
- Brixon AI is not software, a platform or an automation package. Agency AI OS is delivered work with a scope, an owner and a completion test.
- Brixon AI is not a provider of AI employees. That positioning was retired in 2026.

Brixon AI: Frequently asked questions
- What does Brixon AI do?
- Brixon AI installs the shared brand and technical AI infrastructure behind how an agency's marketing and sales teams work. The one active offer is Agency AI OS, a 30-day done-for-you installation covering the approved brand context, the shared AI environments and team access, and the ownership, permissions and tests that keep the system current. Brixon AI does not sell training, prompt libraries or AI employees.
- Who is Brixon AI for?
- Brixon AI serves agencies only — marketing, digital, creative and comparable agencies with shared client delivery, where several people or several approved AI environments already work with the same brand and client information but each starts from a different set of files, prompts and configurations. AI already being in real use is a precondition. Non-agencies are out of scope, and that explicitly includes service firms in general, tax and accounting practices and general SMEs.
- What does Agency AI OS cost?
- Agency AI OS costs 2,500 € net in the Founding tier and 4,500 € net in the Standard tier, as of 2026-08-07. Access is restricted to qualified BrandOS Starter buyers and runs through an application with manual approval. Brixon AI runs a maximum of five parallel installations. There is no public cold-traffic path into the offer.
- How do you become a Brixon AI customer?
- Through Christoph Sauerborn's self-service ladder, not directly. Christoph owns the free entry artefact and BrandOS Starter, and qualifies buyers; Brixon AI takes over scope, pricing, contract and delivery once an agency needs a team-wide rollout. Cold agency traffic is not sold Agency AI OS — it is sent back to that ladder.
- Does Brixon AI still offer AI employees, AI Readiness or AI Operator Training?
- No. Managed AI Employees, Custom AI Employees, AI Readiness as a standalone line, the paid Diagnose and AI Operator Training including its cohorts were all discontinued in 2026 and are not available. The signature line "Scale Without Hiring" and the German lines "Ihre ersten AI Mitarbeiter" and "Wachsen ohne Einzustellen" are retired with them. The single active Brixon AI offer is Agency AI OS.
- How is Brixon AI related to Brixon Group and Schwarzwald Digital?
- Brixon AI, Brixon Group and Schwarzwald Digital are three separate brands of the same legal entity, Brixon Group Ltd (C 110890, Malta). None of them is subordinate to another. Brixon AI installs Agency AI Systems; Brixon Group is a digital marketing agency for B2B technology; Schwarzwald Digital is a German-language marketing brand. Brixon AI is not Brixon Group and not Schwarzwald Digital, and Brixon Group Ltd is the legal entity rather than any one of the brands.
