Agency AI OS: What gets installed

Three connected layers go into a scoped agency account. BrandOS Architecture is the approved brand context and the source-of-truth rules that decide which version is current. Shared AI Infrastructure covers the AI environments, who on the team can reach what, how an approved change is distributed and how it is verified to have arrived. The System Integrity Framework covers the Skill and MCP registries, the permissions behind them, the tests, the change process and the question of who owns each part.

BrandOS Architecture
The approved brand context for a real account and the source-of-truth rules that go with it. The method itself is BrandOS, which Christoph Sauerborn owns.
Shared AI Infrastructure
The AI environments, the team access, the controlled distribution of approved context and the path an update travels
System Integrity Framework
The Skill and MCP registries, the permissions, the tests, the change process and the named ownership

Agency AI OS: How the 30 days run

1. Discover and scope
Produces a system map, the account boundary, the named owner, an access matrix and the risks
2. Structure
Settles the BrandOS, source-of-truth, environment and governance decisions
3. Install
Puts in the approved configurations, the initial Skills, the MCP registry and the access setup
4. Test and hand over
An audit, an update test, an access test, a runbook, the handover to the internal owner, and the gaps written down where they can be seen

Agency AI OS: When it is finished

The scoped account has an approved foundation, and the people and environments that are meant to have it all receive the same current version. Every installed Skill has a clear job and somebody who keeps it current. Every managed connection has documented limits, a known credential owner and a lifecycle. Updates can be distributed and then verified to have arrived. The internal owner can operate the system from the runbook rather than from the installer's memory. And the gaps, the deferred use cases and the excluded scope stay explicit instead of quietly dropping out of the conversation.

Agency AI OS: What it is not

Agency AI OS: Open points

Two things are deliberately not stated on this page because they have not been decided, and stating them would mean inventing them. What the Founding tier covers in detail — per environment, per user group, per Skill and per managed connection — is still being defined while the price is already fixed. And the application route and the refund window are not yet set, so no application link is published here.

A recurring managed scope called Agency AI OS Care is planned for updates, access reviews, tests and change support. It is a plan rather than a product: scope, service levels and price are all open, and no figure for it exists.

Agency AI OS: Frequently asked questions

What does Agency AI OS include?
Agency AI OS installs three connected layers across a scoped agency account: the approved brand context and its source-of-truth rules, the shared AI environments with team access and a working update path, and the ownership, permissions, tests and change process that keep the system current. The work runs in four stages over 30 days and ends with an audit, an update test, an access test, a runbook and a handover to a named internal owner.
What does Agency AI OS cost?
Agency AI OS costs 2,500 € net in the Founding tier and 4,500 € net in the Standard tier, as of 2026-08-07. These are the only prices that may be published for this offer. What the Founding tier covers per environment, per user group, per Skill and per MCP is still being defined.
Who can buy Agency AI OS?
Agency AI OS is available to qualified BrandOS Starter buyers only, through an application with manual approval. Cold public traffic is not sold Agency AI OS; it is directed to Christoph Sauerborn's self-service ladder instead.
Does Agency AI OS include agents and automations?
No. Agency AI OS installs infrastructure. Specific marketing, sales or delivery use cases, agents and automations may follow after the foundation is installed and has passed its audit, and each gets its own scope, price, approval boundary and completion test. Agents are available as separate Brixon AI offers: Managed AI Employees and Custom AI Employees.
What is not part of Agency AI OS?
Agency AI OS is not software, not a licence, not an automation package and not a promise of autonomous delivery or perfect AI output. It does not include training as a separate product — onboarding and handover are part of the installation. It replaces neither the agency's own ownership of the system nor the human approval steps built into it.
